AI Resume Builder is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). The resume content you enter — work history, education, skills and contact details — and the resumes generated for you. Resumes you choose to share are visible to anyone with the share link. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To build and host your resume, suggest wording improvements with AI, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Resume text you submit for AI help is processed by our AI provider (MuAPI) solely to produce your suggestions.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI wording help), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information, and we never share your resume with employers or recruiters.

Retention and your choices

Your resumes are kept while your account is active. You may delete creations in the product, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Last updated: October 23, 2026.
