These terms govern your use of AI Resume Builder, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service helps you build a modern, shareable resume with AI wording suggestions. You are responsible for the truthfulness of everything on your resume: AI suggestions are drafts to review, not verified facts, and we do not guarantee interviews or employment outcomes.

Your content

You keep ownership of the resume content you enter. Only include information you have the right to share, and remember that a shared resume link is visible to anyone who has it.

Credits and payment

AI features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
